When organizations are looking to build next generation human capital strategies that align with the growth goals of the business in scope and scale, that’s when I put my 34+ years of HR expertise to work, developing solid bottom up workplace inclusion and diversity program frameworks, or optimizing and “leveling up” existing ones. I wholeheartedly believe in the value and purposeful work associated with inclusive and diverse workplaces.

 

My passion for creating cultures where everyone can thrive when they bring their whole self to work in environments that provide a sense of acceptance and belonging, is the driving force behind my work. Throughout my career, I've built a solid reputation as a trusted advisor and expert, spending many years consulting in leadership and board member capacities for a variety of industries within the public, private, non-profit, and government sectors. With adept knowledge in strategic planning and program improvement, I strive to evolve business practices that ultimately promote employee personal and professional well-being and equality for all.

Most recently, I served as Chief Diversity Officer where I was responsible for developing then driving a roadmap for member organization looking to dismantle systems of inequity within their organizations. The Center of Excellence North Star was to Lead with a laser focus,  ensuring equity and inclusion advancement was positioned as a key business imperative by offering the Diversity Way-Maker™ blended learning solution to develop leadership capabilities through the lens of equity.
