Cancellation Policy

Workshop fee is non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours from the start date of the workshop. There is a $25 re-booking fee to schedule for a subsequent workshop. To cancel and reschedule more than 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop, email us at info@diversitywaymaker.com. You have 48 hours after booking to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund without rebooking. Cancellations with no rebooking received more than 48 hours after payment will forfeit 50% of the workshop or consulting fee. Diversity Way-Maker reserves the right to cancel or changed workshop dates at any time. If we cancel or reschedule workshops due to weather (if in person session), or circumstances beyond our control, you will have the choice of full refund, or rescheduled to a subsequent workshop. If cancellation occurs, you will receive an email to the account on file. Please make sure you use a valid email address when registering. For consultations we request a 24 hour cancellation notification be sent to admin@diversitywaymaker.com.
